The annual election of officers is held in the fall of each year and the results are given the night of the awards banquet.  Ballots postmarked after this date will not be allowed.

Any organization such as this could not and cannot continue without the participation of its members.  A willingness to serve in some capacity and participate is a duty of all members.  Don't wait to be called, please volunteer.

Procedure:

Signup sheet is in book in proshop.  Signup deadline is Tues. 9/14 at end of club meeting at the Durand Clubhouse. At that meeting all people running for office are welcome to stand up and speak to the membership about themselves and their ideas for improving the club.

Positions open for election each year: Pres, VP, Sec., Treas, two - 1-year board positions, and one 4-year board position.

We do need good people to volunteer to run the club, so please step up and participate.
